We have to eat lots of vegetables and friuts in order to be healthy.Some unhealthy food that adults and chilrens like to eat are fried chicken, french fries ,patato chips and burger.It is important to eat healthy as we can keep a healthy diet.Disease such as diabetes is eating toon the so much food containing sugar.Eating fruits and vegetables can help one keep fit and strong.i support the school campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables as this can help pupils have more energy after recess and can focus on their work.The school should put up a show on stage so pupils will be able to learn from thereok that will be all for today.....
